Venerdì 17, sabato 18 e domenica 19 maggio, zona pedonale di Cecina, apertura stands alle ore 18,00 di venerdì, orario di apertura stands negli altri giorni dalle ore 12.00 alle ore 24.00. 
L' “International Street Food” è la più importante manifestazione itinerante di cibo per strada, un evento di alta cucina che porta con sé tutti i profumi e i sapori dei piatti più famosi della tradizione regionale ed internazionale ed il buon bere. 
Ha come protagonisti Chef su Strada che difendono con orgoglio i lori cibi di strada: impastano, friggono, bollono, infornano come se fossero tra le mura dei loro laboratori d'origine, immutando così la passione per la buona cucina. 
Questo evento offre la possibilità di fare un vero e proprio viaggio nel mondo pur stando in un solo posto, degustando prodotti di paesi diversi, di posti lontani ed essere avvolti da tanti profumi e sapori. 
Si tratta di un appuntamento di grande originalità per le cucine internazionali presenti ma che non tralascia le realtà e tradizioni gastronomiche regionali provenienti da tutta Italia.

Diese Veranstaltung bietet die Möglichkeit, eine echte Reise um die Welt zu unternehmen, während man an einem Ort bleibt, Produkte aus verschiedenen Ländern und von fernen Orten verkostet und von vielen Aromen und Geschmacksrichtungen umgeben ist.
